Working globally with artists in Vancouver B.C, California, Ontario and Quebec, I've spent a number of years perfecting the art and embracing the role of “coach-manager” with the intention of supporting and inspiring my portfolio of artists to access their full potential.

I get to collaborate and brainstorm with SPI's Dept. Supervisors and Leads, Producers, VP of Artist Management, Recruiting and Training, dedicating my time to learn and understand the art behind animated features and visual effects under the umbrella of the departments of Layout, Pipeline TDs, Rigging and MatchMove, and how they all interconnect in SPI's pipeline.

As Artist Manager, I build crewing strategies to load balance internal talent across shows in production simultaneously at SPI. For each one of my artists, I am tackling talent reviews, performance management, awards, recognition, and engagement with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion. As manager for the core departments in SPI I am building career development strategies and opportunities to find solutions to keep growing our teams stronger.
